Technology for Good: The “Silver Smile · Seedling Dental Care” Community Outreach Initiative Launches

June 6, 2025 — a day filled with care and responsibility — the preparatory meeting of the Pediatric Dentistry Committee of the Shandong Private Oral Medical Institution Association and the launch ceremony of two major public benefit projects, the "Silver Smile Plan" and the "Seedling Dental Care Project," were grandly held in Jiaxiang County. As the core supporting enterprises of the project, BONDENT Group and Dr.Clear Aligner attended together and witnessed this important moment benefiting "the elderly and children."

The event brought together forces from government, associations, academia, and industry, marking a high-profile and far-reaching occasion. Attendees included Li Wuxiu, former Party Secretary of Shandong University of Science and Technology and Chairman of the Shandong Jiaodong Oral Medicine Association; Li Yuchao, President of the Shandong Private Oral Medical Institution Association; Zhou Gang, Deputy County Mayor of Jiaxiang County; as well as representatives from renowned oral medical enterprises, including Si Chongwen, Chairman of Chongwen Oral Medical Group; Tian Fangjun, Chairman of BONDENT Group; Yang Fan, Deputy General Manager of BONDENT Solution Center; Zhu Yujing, General Manager of Dr.Clear Aligner; Wang Huaming, General Manager of Shandong Huaxin Dental Laboratory; Si Lujing, Dean of Jiaxiang Stomatological Hospital; and Yu Hongwei, General Manager of Danke Meng. Their presence underscored the widespread societal attention and support for oral health in Jiaxiang County, particularly for children and the elderly.

The launch ceremony was hosted by Lv Quanzhen, Party Secretary and Director of the Jiaxiang County Health Bureau, and proceeded with a compact and solemn agenda. At the start of the ceremony, Deputy County Mayor Zhou Gang took the stage to deliver an opening address.

On behalf of the county party committee and government, he extended a warm welcome and heartfelt gratitude to all guests, and elaborated on the strategic significance of the "Silver Smile" and "Seedling Dental Care" projects in enhancing the quality of life for the elderly and children in Jiaxiang County and consolidating the foundation of health, conveying the government's firm commitment to supporting and expecting the projects to benefit every household.

Following this, Mr. Si Chongwen, Chairman of Chongwen Oral Medical Group, provided a detailed introduction to the specific implementation of the project. He systematically outlined the path from concept to implementation, detailing Chongwen Oral's core initiatives and commitments in integrating resources and serving the public, demonstrating strong execution capability. This clearly showcased Chongwen Oral's determination and drive in advancing the project to benefit the oral health of Jiaxiang residents.

Next, Mr. Li Wuxiu, former Party Secretary of Shandong University of Science and Technology and Chairman of the Shandong Jiaodong Oral Medicine Association, spoke from the perspective of professional oral medicine, highly praising the scientific design and profound social value of the project. He particularly emphasized the urgency and importance of early oral health intervention for children and oral health care for the elderly, and, drawing on his extensive experience, offered valuable guidance for the project's implementation.

Mr. Li Yuchao, President of the Shandong Private Oral Medical Institution Association, expressed full support for the launch of the public benefit projects in Jiaxiang County on behalf of the industry association. In his speech, President Li fully affirmed the project's demonstrative and leading role in advancing the development of pediatric dentistry in Shandong Province and enhancing grassroots oral health service capabilities, and looked forward to a promising future of cooperation between the association and local governments.

Mr. Tian Fangjun, Chairman of BONDENT Group and Dr.Clear Aligner, shared the philosophy and practices of BONDENT Group and Dr.Clear Aligner in actively fulfilling social responsibilities and dedicating themselves to oral health public welfare. In his speech, he expressed high appreciation for and firm support of the "elderly and children" public benefit projects in Jiaxiang County.

Subsequently, Mr. Wang Huaming, General Manager of Shandong Huaxin Dental Laboratory, introduced the company's professional pursuit and craftsmanship in the field of dental prosthetics. He emphasized the corporate responsibility to participate in social welfare and give back to the community, and stated that Shandong Huaxin Dental Laboratory would uphold the spirit of craftsmanship, providing high-quality products and service guarantees for the oral restoration needs involved in the project, and supporting the implementation of the project with concrete actions.

To provide all parties with a deeper understanding of the project, Ms. Si Lujing, Dean of Jiaxiang Stomatological Hospital, delivered a systematic and comprehensive report on the specific implementation plans of the "Silver Smile Plan" and the "Seedling Dental Care Project." She detailed the project's service content, target populations, expected outcomes, and safeguard measures, clearly outlining the specific path for the implementation of the public benefit projects and providing clear guidance for subsequent execution.

As the agenda progressed, the ceremony reached the highly anticipated strategic cooperation signing session, marking the project's transition from planning to substantive resource integration and implementation. Amid the eager anticipation and collective witness of all guests:

With a countdown, they jointly pressed the launch button symbolizing hope and action! This solemn moment officially declared:  The Pediatric Dentistry Committee of the Shandong Private Oral Medical Institution Association and the two major public benefit projects in Jiaxiang County — the "Silver Smile Plan" and the "Seedling Dental Care Project" — are now fully underway!
